As an Electrical Engineering co‑op, you will work in a team setting on a wide variety of underground and overhead design projects, including telecommunications, transmission, distribution, substation design, and power system studies. You may also assist other Phasor staff with engineering design packages not directly related to power systems. A sense of humour and an entrepreneurial mindset are valued traits.
We are currently seeking highly motivated Electrical Engineer co‑ops and interns to join our engineering teams in Calgary, Burnaby, Winnipeg, and Toronto. The role offers a dynamic work environment with an extremely experienced technical team, where interns will be fully involved in all aspects of the engineering and design process.
We welcome candidates studying Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, with a preference for those who can stay eight months or longer.
Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Canada, be physically fit for site visits on potentially uneven ground, and be in their third or fourth year of an Electrical Engineering program.
