  • Assist in the gathering, development, and organization of proposal content as directed by the Proposal Manager, including technical and commercial responses;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as updating templates, packaging data, taking notes, and tracking action items.
  • Collaborate with product management to gather and generate a comprehensive product portfolio;
  • Assist with process optimization initiatives, including projects related to content libraries, proposal data analytics, and archive maintenance;
  • Practice reviewing proposals for compliance with RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements;
  • Attend bid strategy sessions to practice critical analysis of customer requirements, product approach, and competitive landscape;
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for executive gate approvals;
