This is a key position in our Marketing team, responsible for delivering clear and engaging communications, supporting award submissions, developing project content, and coordinating the marketing activities that keep our brand strong.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role’s primary purpose is to work collaboratively with the Marketing, Bid Management team and the wider business to support growth and elevate TTW brand through strategic marketing initiatives and unique business development materials.
- Prepare industry award submissions as required via collaboration with the wider TTW team.
- Conduct competitor analysis and feed into analysis of data, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
- Champion and protect the TTW brand, ensuring all marketing activities, communications, and materials consistently reflect brand values and visual identity.
- Source and craft high-impact content that showcases TTW’s expertise and strengthens brand authority in the market.
- Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets for campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, including storytelling, thought leadership, and creative content that aligns with our strategic positioning.
- Manage content creation and updates for the company website, social media platforms, and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency inclusive of video.
- Help to implement brand guidelines, providing clear standards for tone, design, and messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Create and manage compelling digital content for TTW’s marketing collateral ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for key sectors and services, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize reach and engagement.
- Coordinate and implement marketing activity across multiple channels (digital, print, social, and events) to support business development and brand objectives.
- Assist with SEO and website optimisation, working with designers and developers to maintain a strong online presence.
- Monitor brand perception and positioning in the market, using analytics and feedback to inform and help identify opportunities for improvement & growth.

- Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with experience gained in a similar role
- Experience developed in project management methodologies & software
- Demonstrated ability improving brand presence through consistent, high-quality content
- Working knowledge of Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Lightroom, Digital campaign, social media (Linkedin & Instagram).
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience
