• Proven reputable track record in business development or sales within energy, power, infrastructure, with a strong success in achieving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities, with a consultative, solution-focused approach.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviour.
