Master of Science (MS) Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
Access to advanced software and technology for geotechnical design and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups
3 years of experience minimum required, 4 preferred, in the building design consulting industry
Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent required
Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification required
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Expertise in subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, and geotechnical analysis for diverse project types.
Knowledge of industry standard engineering software, (e.g., primarily Civil 3D, gINT, LPILE, DeepEx, etc.).

Ability to travel up to 25% with occasional overnight stays

Proficiency in design techniques, tools, and concepts involved in the production of technical plans and specifications (helpful in crafting geotechnical recommendations)
