Role

Provide technicians with job details, traffic updates, obstacles, and specific customer requirements.
Enter data accurately into computer systems and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and pertinent information.
Utilize phone and computer system to dispatch technicians or field units to appropriate locations.
Regularly communicate with customers to provide updates on scheduled appointments and ensure satisfaction.
Prioritize service calls based on urgency and importance.
Collaborate effectively with office personnel.
Monitor the route and status of technicians, coordinating and prioritizing their schedules effectively.

Previous dispatching experience is preferred.
Service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve customer grievances.
Proficient computer skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective teamwork.
