Architect – Interior

Description

In this role you will oversee the creation of interior concepts that enhance passenger comfort while meeting operational efficiency goals. You will ensure seamless integration of interior works with architectural and structural elements and guarantee compliance with aviation safety and environmental standards.

• Design innovative interior solutions for aviation terminals focusing on functionality and passenger comfort.
• Develop detailed interior layouts, material specifications, and design presentations meeting project standards.
• Plan and optimize interior spaces to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Integrate interior designs with architectural and structural elements while complying with aviation regulations.
• Select durable, sustainable finishes and furnishings within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with vendors, architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure design alignment.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients and senior management.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Commit to sustainable, energy‑efficient design practices and stay aware of green‑building trends.

Requirements

We are hiring a highly skilled Architect – Interior to lead the interior design and execution of large‑scale aviation terminal projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will combine strong interior architecture expertise with proven project‑management abilities to deliver innovative, functional interiors on time and within budget.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture and at least eight years of interior design experience, preferably on terminal or large‑scale infrastructure projects. Candidates must demonstrate strong creative thinking, precision in execution, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement are essential, as you will present design proposals to clients and senior management and work closely with vendors, contractors, and engineers. A commitment to sustainable design practices and awareness of emerging green‑building technologies are also expected.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture and at least eight years of interior design experience.
• Demonstrated experience on terminal or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Exhibit strong creative, conceptual, and precision‑focused design skills.
