The Service Technician role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties, with occasional travel to other properties for training or support.
Compensation includes a base salary plus eligibility for performance‑based bonus programs, varying by corporate or onsite location.
