In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders, the IT Service Desk, Operations, Cloud and Product teams to deliver seamless technical support, manage site‑setup activities, and contribute to training and knowledge‑base creation. You will also ensure compliance with company policies while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Build trusted relationships with site managers, corporate real estate, executives and executive assistants.
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Digital Experience and Audio‑Visual technologies across primary and remote sites.
Coach users one‑on‑one using existing how‑to and knowledge‑base articles and author new articles to fill gaps.
Manage technology requirements for business‑critical events and coordinate project implementation with regional DX teams.
Perform site setup tasks—including moves, adds, changes, decommissions—and keep ITSM records up to date.
Deliver audio‑visual support for meeting rooms and ensure service level objectives are consistently met.
Create and deliver training content, presentations, quick reference guides and videos through various channels.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards in all technical activities.
