The position is a four‑month, paid co‑op starting in May 2026, based at Bird’s North York and Huronia, Ontario locations. It offers practical experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices within real construction projects.

Enrolled in a Health, Safety & Environment diploma or Engineering program with at least one semester remaining.
Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Demonstrate ability to lead in a constantly changing environment and build positive relationships.
Possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with a sense of urgency.
Eligible to work in Canada (residency or valid work permit) and provide a current transcript.
May be required to complete pre‑employment medical and/or drug testing.
