You will assist clients in deploying the software on Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server, manage database updates, and configure Linux‑based components. You will collaborate with client IT leadership to design multi‑building networking architecture, advise on security best practices, and develop migration and rollout documentation. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance for updates, diagnose performance and connectivity issues, act as an escalation point for complex problems, conduct client training, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support the deployment and integration of our building automation software within client IT environments. This position serves as a technical liaison between our organization and client IT teams, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise‑level solutions.
A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least five years of experience in IT systems deployment, networking, or enterprise application support are required. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server and Linux environments, as well as familiarity with enterprise networking design and security protocols, is essential. Strong troubleshooting, communication and project‑management skills are needed; preferred qualifications include building automation or IoT experience, knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, and certifications such as MCSE or CompTIA Network+.
