We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support the deployment and integration of our building automation software within client IT environments. This position serves as a technical liaison between our organization and client IT teams, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise‑level solutions.
A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least five years of experience in IT systems deployment, networking, or enterprise application support are required. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server and Linux environments, as well as familiarity with enterprise networking design and security protocols, is essential. Strong troubleshooting, communication and project‑management skills are needed; preferred qualifications include building automation or IoT experience, knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, and certifications such as MCSE or CompTIA Network+.
- Require 5+ years of IT systems deployment, networking, or enterprise application support.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, SQL Server and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Effective client‑facing communication and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Preferred: experience with building automation/IoT, cybersecurity frameworks, MCSE or CompTIA Network+ certifications.
