The Instrumentation & Controls Project Lead Engineer will head project teams, collaborating with other I&C engineers to design new upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities. Responsibilities include developing P&IDs, I/O lists, control panel designs, control narratives, network architectures, cable schedules, and detailed specifications for procurement and installation. The role also involves participating in Process Hazard Analyses, design reviews, and conducting independent reviews of calculations and drawings, while serving as a primary liaison with client representatives to address design questions.
Candidates must hold a BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program, with a strong academic foundation in analog and digital control systems. Required experience includes over 15 years in oil and gas or related industrial sectors, at least 10 years of hands‑on instrumentation and controls engineering, and proven expertise in design techniques, technical plan production, and MS Office applications, especially Excel. Preferred qualifications are a PE license, AutoCAD proficiency, and experience with SCADA and radio networks. The position is based in Englewood, CO, requires occasional travel, and does not sponsor U.S. work authorization.

The compensation package ranges from $131,960 to $205,330, complemented by a discretionary annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite.
