- In cooperation with the site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) organization, accountable for securing safe work permits for contractors, ensuring all applicable daily permits are in place before the start of work, and monitoring compliance with required permits throughout the day.
- Monitors construction productivity and schedule performance of their assigned projects while providing feedback on risks identified to the site Construction Manager
- Promotes a strong culture of safety by partnering with the site EHS team to monitor, audit, and coach field contractors on safe work best practices.
- Maintains an active presence in the field during construction activity and site turnarounds
- A leader in safety on assigned projects including setting safety and environmental performance expectations of contractors and holding them accountable through standard daily walkthroughs.

- Ability to communicate daily construction updates to the Projects Scheduler so a schedule of values can be maintained for their assigned projects
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge and application of company business standards and good practices.
