  • Provide regular updates to team, PMO and executive management within Siemens and customers’ organization on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status- along with strategy to grow the program.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Direct all phases of projects on a program from inception through completion.
  • Collaborate with other PMO teams at the EA, Siemens Industry, and within other segments to ensure consistency and alignment, along with the sharing of best practices to continuously improve program efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s).
  • Manage customer expectations across the program and various functions on project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects.

  • Direct diagnostics with the ability to determine root cause and corrective actions.
  • 5+ years leadership and a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including program management, services, engineering, operations, and logistics
  • Experience in identifying and implementing cost savings measures within project
  • Ability to interpret and report results to senior management as well as customer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status and issues to internal and external Customers
  • 20% Travel required (national and international)
  • PMP certification
  • Familiarity with Siemens power distribution product portfolio and utility customers
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
  • 10+ years of relevant experience managing similar portfolios
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college .
  • Demonstrated success in improving efficiency of project execution in some capacity
