The successful candidate will work closely with architects and site teams to produce technical drawings, ensure regulatory compliance, manage documentation, and support feasibility and regulatory submissions.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. A solid understanding of Irish Building Regulations and associated standards and codes is required, along with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. LEED or BIM certification and MCIAT membership are considered advantageous.
