Your recruiting firm
Born from a vision to fill gaps in Australia’s residential construction recruitment market, the company started online and built a reputation through targeted headhunting.
Led by Corrina McKinnel—whose two-decade career spans the UK and Australia—the firm grew by focusing on passive candidates invisible on job boards.
Operating as a boutique agency, it partners with leading builders across NSW, placing many candidates since inception.
Specializing in roles from site-level personnel to executive appointments, its retained and contingent search services support custom-home, medium-density, and high-end architectural projects.
Typical assignments include matching project managers, estimators, and drafter talent with builders pioneering heritage renovations and complex residential developments.
Financially lean and privately owned, it reinvests earnings into expanding its unique candidate database and enhancing bespoke recruitment strategies.
With a tight-knit team of senior consultants, it delivers gold-standard service that feels personal and fast—turning every placement into a long-term relationship.
Instead of job boards, it leverages a hand-picked talent pool refined through 35 years of networked experience, setting it apart in the recruitment landscape.
