-Drive continuous improvement in safety and quality practices across the business. -Maintain and update HSEQ policies, procedures, and documentation. -Coordinate training, performance reviews, and professional development activities. -Assist with internal audits, risk assessments, and incident reporting. -Manage HR administration and maintain accurate employee records. -Support HR initiatives, policies, and documentation across the business. -Support managers with HR-related queries and general people-focused initiatives

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/Compliance management systems. -Previous experience in a combined HR/HSEQ or similar coordination role. -Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. -Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (will be highly regarded). -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the business.
