In this role you will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth in‑life smart operations, managing workflow, maintaining high‑quality output and supporting people development. You will collaborate with Field Operations and installation partners to resolve connectivity issues, prioritise site interventions and address technical problems efficiently. Interaction with technical metering, smart delivery, Billing and Settlements, Customer Services, Complaints, Regulatory and Compliance teams will be essential to optimise portfolio performance, ensure accurate smart reads and deliver a consistent customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in organising, motivating and developing teams, with a proven track record in performance management, creative problem‑solving and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. You will report to our Metering Operations Manager Monica Murray. So Energy was created in 2015, now serving 300,000 customers with over 450 Energists, and we are on a net‑zero journey in partnership with ESB.
