Establish and enforce high standards for quality, HSE, and sustainability across all bridge construction activities.
Ensure full compliance with RTA Dubai, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant authority standards, specifications, and approval processes.
Manage and mentor senior project managers, construction managers, engineering teams, and support functions within the division.
Monitor market trends and contribute to business development, prequalification, and strategic growth initiatives in the infrastructure sector.
Lead the end-to-end execution of bridge and steel structure projects, from tendering and design coordination through construction, commissioning, and handover.
Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the Bridges & Steel Construction Division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Drive value engineering initiatives, constructability reviews, and risk mitigation strategies across all projects.
Oversee planning, budgeting, cost control, and profitability of all divisional projects.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and project success.
Lead tender reviews, bid strategies, contract negotiations, and claims management for major bridge and steel works.

Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
In-depth understanding of FIDIC-based contracts, commercial management, claims, and risk control.
Demonstrated senior leadership experience managing large-scale bridge and steel structure projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of bridge construction methods, steel structures, foundations, bearings, expansion joints, and marine/road interface works.
Minimum 15 years of proven experience in Bridge Construction, with substantial exposure to RTA Dubai bridge projects (mandatory).
Bilingual (English/ Arabic) candidates prefered for this role.
Strong command of project controls, planning tools, and performance management systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Advanced project and construction management
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
