The role focuses on pre‑sales engineering for Building Automation System (BAS) projects worldwide, ensuring technical assessments, cost estimations, and compliance with country‑specific standards to deliver competitive bids and satisfied customers.

Support pre‑sales engineering for global BAS projects, preparing technical assessments and cost estimates
Review project specifications, MEP drawings, and identify HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors
Participate in project kick‑off and review meetings, logging technical queries, compliance deviations, and risk items
Create bill of material, select sensors, control valves, dampers, airflow stations, and controllers
Develop BAS network architecture and ensure quality, defect‑free deliverables on schedule
Maintain accurate timesheet entries and compliance

Candidates are expected to have a strong background in HVAC and BMS technologies, network protocols, and automation, combined with leadership experience managing a team of at least eight members.

BE/ME in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
Knowledge of HVAC systems (chilled water, cooling towers, AHUs, VAV, etc.) and BMS architecture
Familiarity with network protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC
Proficiency in wiring starters, field devices, safety interlocks, and panels
Experience in engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC & BMS for infrastructure projects
Automation experience (PLC programming/SCADA) and quick problem‑solving ability
Strong written and verbal communication, leadership skills, and ability to manage a team of 8+ members
Preferred experience in Building Automation industry and BMS design engineering
