Maintain a safe, organized, clean work vehicle.
Assist in performing troubleshooting and repairs.
Relay any items/issues seen while on property.
Contribute to our safety culture by attending and actively participating in weekly safety trainings. Follow company safety protocols, identify, and communicate safety issues to the team.
Assist in performing routine irrigation inspections and generate reports for assigned high-profile properties.
Assist in scouting properties beyond assigned needs for any issues. Report to Manager for direction to repair while on-site or future scheduling.
Assist in completing a pre-trip inspection report on vehicle, trailers, and equipment daily to ensure proper use and safety, communicate with Manager regarding any potential problems or issues.
Follow all local, state, and federal guidelines specific to Irrigation policies. Maintain required documentation.

Equipped with optimal and most professional equipment
Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site
Knowledge of basic pump operation and maintenance preferred.
Basic knowledge of irrigation system installation, setup, and maintenance preferred.
Strong English communication skills. Spanish a plus
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Knowledge of irrigation clocks, adjusting/repairing irrigation heads, sensors, valve repair, and lateral & mainline repairs preferred.
Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”) required
