Act as the primary on-site liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring efficient material flow, delivery performance, and coordination between internal teams and the customer's operations.

  • Monitor and manage shipments, order statuses, and inventory levels in real time.
  • Proactively work with the Aircraft Manufacturer Material Account Representative to identify and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays.
  • Build a material management cockpit to prioritize Customer needs.
  • Participate in customer operational meetings and escalate issues internally when needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all material-related topics: deliveries, returns, repairs, and logistics issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training or guidance to customer teams on relevant planification management.
  • Coordinate customer needs with financial viability and operational feasibility.
