Work with Maintenance Manager and Facility Engineer to develop, update and support documentation for facility operations.
Identify and implement shop floor process improvements.
Assist with various continuous improvement and cost-out initiatives which may include participation in Kaizen or Rapid Improvement Events.
Assist with various manufacturing, operations and EHS projects as assigned.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or previous internship experience.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
Minimum 3.0 GPA (please don't round)
