Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
Travel to bi-monthly to each RX facility and quarterly to each of your administrative facilities to ensure client satisfactions and onsite coordination with your team. approximately every two weeks for clinic visits and quarterly for administrative sites.
Manage small-scale projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion.
Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Respond to emergency service tickets and ensure rapid resolution.
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple RX and administrative facilities across South Florida.
Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
