As the Digital Engineering Lead, you will drive BIM‑focused digital engineering efforts for the CWO REZ project, implementing and managing BIM standards, ensuring model accuracy and integrating digital solutions to enhance overall project performance.
- Implement and manage the Digital Engineering Management Plan (DEMP) and BIM Execution Plan.
- Facilitate project‑wide data federation to ensure BIM model integrity and quality.
- Lead BIM quality assurance, host collaboration meetings and coordinate 4D/5D BIM implementation.
- Provide BIM platform training and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor digital solution performance, capture lessons learned and continuously improve BIM practices.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or Architecture, extensive BIM and digital engineering experience across the project lifecycle, and a minimum of seven years in construction with hands‑on BIM data management and quality assurance. Candidates must hold a Construction Induction Training (White Card), a Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card, a current driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
