Maintain aircraft quality, compliance, and safety when developing repairs.
Liaison/MRB Engineering support to specifically assist with Boeing Production Lines.
Contribute to minimizing product or component failure risks and ensuring passenger safety.
Gather information directly on aircraft to solve non-conformances from an engineering standpoint.
Design repairs (dispositions) in response to non-conformance reports raised by quality control.
Design effective and optimal repairs to address anomalies identified on aircraft in production.
Accurately document all actions taken to resolve non-conformance issues.
Ensure the application of standard practices in the development of repairs.
Identify and resolve airframe (structure) and system issues by providing technical support to production.

5+ years of MRB Experience.
Degree from ABET Accredited University according to the Washington Accord.
Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sector is an asset.
