Architect scalable data models using Star and Snowflake schemas.
Maintain and enhance BI infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security.

Drive the migration of legacy BI platforms (Tableau, Cognos) to Power BI.
Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and semantic data models within Microsoft Fabric.
Perform data preparation and analysis using SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL), Power Query, and Power Pivot.
Mentor junior developers and offshore teams on Power BI best practices.
Stay current with BI trends, Microsoft Fabric innovations, and emerging technologies.

Strong SQL skills (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and experience with large datasets and ETL processes.

9+ years of experience in IT/Analytics, with 6+ years in BI and Data Visualization.
Microsoft BI Stack (SQL Server, SSIS)
IT/Analytics: 9+ years (Required)
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Office365, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot
BI and Data Visualization: 6+ years (Required)
Advanced Dashboard Development & Data Modeling
Experience with Tableau, Cognos, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Experience in Agile/Scrum.
