In-Home Design Consultant

Description

Both part-time and full-time Sales Representative positions are available. You will develop relationships with pre‑qualified homeowners, and no prior sales experience is required because we provide comprehensive training. Leads are pre‑qualified, with about 80 % of the legwork completed before your first customer interaction.

Your sole focus is selling; we handle order processing, changes, and other logistics. You will complete our company training within the first 30‑90 days, master the product line, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who truly need our solutions. Training is delivered by the top sales representative in the country.

• Deliver the proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
• Participate in weekly sales training meetings
• Design new baths using proprietary iPad software
• Provide pricing and close sales daily

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Work independently and thrive in social settings
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
