Task and project management, including planning and implementing challenging technical projects involving subsurface modeling for remediation and groundwater management as well as carbon capture utilization and storage;
Create static geologic models using petrophysical inputs for carbon capture and storage applications (e.g., Petrel );
S trategic planning and technical direction for multidisciplinary environmental projects, including but not limited to CCUS;
Assist in the interpretation and analysis of various geologic data including boring logs, geophysical wireline logs, geophysical surveys, and more;
Contribute to technical and process leadership of EPA Class IV permitting;
Build geologic, hydrogeologic, and contaminant plume models using 3D geostatistical modeling software (e.g., Earth Volumetric Studio [EVS] and Leapfrog );
Collaborate and assist in growing Geosyntec’s Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage ( CCUS) business;
Drive personal , company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
Increasing visibility in the marketplace through regular contact with regulatory personnel , current clients, participation in client-based professional organizations , and attendance and presentations at industry events ; and
Client relationship management including e ffectively stewarding and building client relationships to repeat business , while taking an active an increasing role in develop ing proposals, and generating business opportunities with both new and existing clients ;
Communicate analyses through written reports and presentations (in-person and virtual );

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed. (required)
Experience in effective management of projects, including responsibility for resource allocation, quality, technical oversight, and financial management . (required)
Proficiency in scripting languages such as R, Python, SQL, or Matlab . ( preferred )
