Support and implement Ventia’s Food Safety Program, including hazard identification, control measures, and incident recording.
Assist with customer complaints and resolutions.
Deliver meals and catering services.
Wash crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking utensils as required.
Assist with basic food preparation and cooking duties.
Manage stock, including rotation, labelling, restocking, and stock-taking.
Apply HACCP controls to manage food safety hazards.
Provide exceptional customer service, including bar service, POS operation, meal ordering, and general cleaning.
Process meals in the system, handle cash per protocols, and report suspicious behaviour.
Ensure bar services comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol Standards.
Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment, furniture, and premises, reporting necessary repairs.
Maintain and update Mess signage and notice boards.
