Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel).
Monitor apprenticeship program metrics for a project site to ensure 100% compliance with applicable regulations.
Serve as the Liaison for project site team and IRA compliance team.
Produce regular reports necessary for Project compliance for IRA and DOL Compliance.
Gather apprenticeship program documentation and monitor apprentice progress.
Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.
Quickly respond to and resolve any non-conformities identified within the project site based on guidance from Compliance Specialist.
Work closely with Payroll to validate certified payroll hours and rates.
Answer questions and provide guidance regarding IRA and DOL compliance.
Interact with various project teams for compliance.
Assist Field Trainer with track, scheduling, filing of documentation and reporting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).
Detail oriented, strong task management and organizational skills.
Ability to navigate, Power BI, and related software platforms.
You may encounter various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.
Strong understanding of government regulations, IRA, certified payroll, and apprenticeship programs.
Steel or Composite toe boots when in the field
Ability to create and launch new programs, services, or initiatives.
Must be able to pass pre-employment physical examination, as required by the company.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads).
Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE when required.
Must comply with company’s drug and alcohol abuse policy.
Experience using multiple technology platforms to track & manage data and providing accurate forecasting.
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and adaptability.
Construction experience preferred.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations).
Strategic, innovative, and forward thinking.
Sleeves always worn (no muscle shirts or tank tops)
Able to:
Work performed at low and/or high elevations
Adept at problem solving and critical thinking
