Minimum 6 years’ experience in a company secretarial role within an ASX-listed environment or in close support of the Company Secretary.
Understanding of shareholder meetings and related stakeholder engagement.
Foundational knowledge of Corporations Law.
Solid grasp of corporate governance principles for ASX-listed entities.
Knowledge of ESG and corporate governance reporting obligations.
Strong understanding of ASX Listing Rules and relevant compliance requirements.
Familiarity with proxy adviser engagement and stakeholder communications.
Experience with employee share plans and their administration.
