- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a company secretarial role within an ASX-listed environment or in close support of the Company Secretary.
- Understanding of shareholder meetings and related stakeholder engagement.
- Foundational knowledge of Corporations Law.
- Solid grasp of corporate governance principles for ASX-listed entities.
- Knowledge of ESG and corporate governance reporting obligations.
- Strong understanding of ASX Listing Rules and relevant compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with proxy adviser engagement and stakeholder communications.
- Experience with employee share plans and their administration.
