Negotiate as required to obtain most cost-effective project proposals meeting budget requirements.
Works with assigned Project Coordinator and the respective Project Superintendent to track and adjust project workflow to achieve forecasts.

Perform contractor past performance due diligence as required.
Monitor all work for adherence to plans, specifications, safety, and quality.
Ensure all performance reviews for employees are performed, accurate and processed timely.
Outlines key deliverables and milestones and identify the tasks that must be completed to complete each.
Responsible for working with Human Resources identifying needs for staffing, candidate selection and employee onboarding.
Prepare Bid Analysis and assemble documentation for Service Agreement preparation.
Ensure that all pre-construction activities have been completed, conduct pre-construction meeting with all stakeholders, guide project team to start project on schedule.
Ensure that employees have the necessary equipment and training to perform their assigned task.
During course of project be responsible for monitoring the project schedule meeting all milestones, timelines, and manage Schedule of Values.
Provides direction and oversight to teams, managing the deployment of deliverables to ensure projects completed on schedule, within budget, and meeting company goals and vision

Strong Leadership
Must have knowledge of working virtually and participate in video meetings.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in building construction, project management, construction management, civil engineering, or architecture or equivalent work experience.
Interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Knowledge of all phases of residential and commercial construction / renovations techniques and processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, construction project management software, and general computer software
Minimum of 10 years of Construction Project Management
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
Experience in design build construction procurement, CSI scope writing, specification writing,
Performing RFPs, Bids analysis, and estimating. Knowledge of identifying local and federal building codes, OSHA and EPA rules and regulations.
OSHA 30 Hour & OSHA Fall Protection Outreach Training Course within 30 days of hire. Procore Project Management Certification within 45 days of hire.
EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting Awareness Certification.
Active and valid driver’s license
High level of blueprint and specification reading.
