Description

The role involves performing root cause analysis on customer‑returned busways, coordinating returns with field service teams, analyzing issues using drawings and circuit diagrams, and preparing detailed technical reports for global teams. You will identify customer pain points, provide actionable solutions, and collaborate with Marketing, Continuous Engineering and other cross‑functional teams to enhance product performance, especially for demanding sectors such as Oil & Gas, Hospitals, Navy and Cloud infrastructure. Requirements

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled professional to join our Technical Analysis Centre (TEX) team, focused on Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear and Controlgear products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in busway products. This is a global L3 Engineer role located in Bangalore, India, within the Power Products – Technical Analysis Centre (TEX) department.

The position covers Low Voltage Switchgear & Controlgear products. Candidates must hold a technical degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, have hands‑on experience dismantling and assembling LV products, and possess a strong customer‑orientation and problem‑solving mindset. Effective teamwork in a multicultural environment, digital fluency and excellent English communication skills are required.

A minimum of 10 + years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in a relevant technical role, is required. Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer is highly desirable.

• Technical degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience assembling/disassembling LV Switchgear & Controlgear.
• Strong customer orientation and problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective teamwork in a multicultural environment.
• Digital savviness and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 10 + years overall experience, with at least 4 years in a relevant technical role.
• Prior Field Service Engineer experience highly desirable.
