Conduct performance reviews with field marketing team
Manage budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) per event/show
Recruit, hire, train and mentor field marketing teams that operate throughout the local area
Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with your manager
Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations for replacement windows for Universal Windows Direct (UWD) local sales representatives
Manage and approve payroll entries and updates and schedule your teams
Research, register for and coordinate local events, sponsorships, and canvassing locations to maximize sales leads/appointments generated in the field
Evaluate performance results to identify areas for improvement
Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary

Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
2+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing, retail and/or outside sales
Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and have the ability to travel using a personal vehicle
Strong organizational skills
Ability to grasp software for lead generation and reporting, oversee budgets and develop reports, lead a team or teams of field marketers and demonstrate products and engage with potential customers
