The role serves as the key point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing basic technical advice. It involves extensive interaction with customers, partners and internal teams via phone or email, handling enquiries, preparing and following up on quotations, and driving sales through proactive outreach. The objective is to improve and maintain customer satisfaction through commercial activities.
We seek candidates with a proactive commercial attitude who understand customer needs and can sense technical issues. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and the local language, attention to detail, quality orientation, and service orientation are essential. Proficiency with ERP/SAP, CRM/Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications is required.
