As part of the Global HSSE Centre of Excellence, the Global HSSE Lead Analyst will lead the HSSE analyst sub‑team that supports global, regional and local teams through an effective Global HSSE platform. The role provides operational support, standardized administration and analytical insights across JLL’s worldwide operations. You will work closely with HSSE colleagues, the Operations Team and subject‑matter experts to ensure day‑to‑day HSSE activities run smoothly. The position requires independent judgment, strong communication and the ability to manage complex HSSE data and documentation.
Candidates must be HSSE professionals with a passion for excellence and hold relevant qualifications such as a NEBOSH certificate. Required certifications include Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, along with practical experience in ISO implementation, system development and audit management. At least two years of health‑and‑safety management experience—preferably in contractor safety—is needed, as well as proven people‑leadership skills, data‑governance expertise and the ability to analyse data for improvement opportunities. Flexibility to work across global time zones and occasional night‑shift timing may be required.

Strong communication, a flexible problem‑solving approach and experience delivering HSSE support and continuous improvement are essential. - Experience being responsible for moderately complex work on a moderately large scale (examples 3,500 suppliers already reviewed).
- An HSSE professional with a personal passion for and commitment to HSSE excellence and professional qualifications/memberships appropriate to the role, e.g., NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in health and safety management, with preferred experience in contractor safety management.
- Experience in people leadership with the ability to foster a strong safety culture.
- Experience of data governance to ensure accuracy, security & continuity of data.
- Experience of monitoring, analysis & management of data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Dynamic analytical skills with an eye for detail, the ability to solve complex data and translate data into meaningful actions.
