Manage and determine asset utilization including manpower, tools and vehicles.
Interfaces with clients to create viable solutions for their needs while driving bookings, growth and profitability.
Qualify, select, procure and coordinate subcontractors as necessary to supplement NASS resources.
Hire, train, direct and control all field service staff within assigned region.
Accommodate last minute scheduling changes resulting from customer request, site problems or bad weather.
Assign people or contractors with the right skill sets to satisfy the needs of the job.
Support technical issues with customers, drive HPI tools, participate in creating a culture of integrity by encouraging lessons learn, safety reporting, and participating in investigations.
Prepares regional operations reports and forecasts to include accomplishments, challenges & opportunities, market overviews and key initiatives.
