Develops, implements, and maintains quality control procedures, checklists, and inspection reports for electrical work.
Documents deficiencies, nonconformance issues, and corrective actions; follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Monitors safety and compliance during inspections, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
Utilizes software platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM360 to track and manage quality data.
Coordinates with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address quality issues and ensure corrective measures are implemented.

Participates in internal and external quality audits and assist in root-cause analysis of recurring issues.

Completion of a state-recognized electrical apprenticeship.
Experience using advanced project management and quality control software such as BIM360, Procore, CxAlloy.
Skill in verbal and written communication for effective collaboration with field teams and management.
Knowledge of electrical installation standards, codes, and quality control processes.
Knowledge of NEC regulations and local municipality compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
Ability to mentor and support field leadership in quality control best practices.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 lbs as required for inspections and audits.
