- Communicate with supervisors, contractors, and clients regarding project needs or issues.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems including water, drainage, and gas lines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
- Install fixtures (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters, bathtubs).
- Complete daily work orders, reports, and documentation accurately and timely.
- Perform pressure tests on piping systems.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand or kneel for extended periods, and work in confined spaces or elevated heights.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with PEX, PVC, CPVC, and copper installations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Gas fitters card for the State of Albama
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or multi-family plumbing.
- Current State of Alabama Journeyman or Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain).
- Use of ladders, lifts, hand tools, and power equipment required.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, or inclement weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA standards.
