Maintain reference/training documentation for all user categories and functions (engineering, proposal team, sourcing and constructions)
Work closely with procurement and suppliers to optimize cost and delivery schedules for selected components.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive proposals, ensuring accurate technical descriptions, design insights, and cost-effective solutions.
Understand the engineering process Inquiry to Order (ITO) to Order to Remittance (OTR), to ensure Bill of Material Bill of Quantity (BOQ) through ITOC done
From input of Standard solution team develop and support HVDC standard solution in ITOC tool. Support for maintenance of standard solution
Evaluation of vendor Drawings, GTP, Calculation & Technical Specs
Provide functional & cross-functional support as required by region and PDG. (Functions involved engineering, proposal team and sourcing team.)
Lead the design of electrical systems, including power distribution networks, substations, and integration of renewable energy sources tailored
Provide technical support/methods and specific technical configuration to the team to enable tool usage (ACS/HVDC/FACTS).
Co-ordination of site & office team for execution of project
ITO (tender) drawings, BOQ estimation, RFQ finalization, evaluation of various components & selection of equipment.
Identify and select appropriate materials and components (e.g., transformers, switchgear, protection devices, cables) that meet project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other engineering disciplines, proposal managers, Supply chain construction, to ensure the smooth execution of tender.
Provide expert technical advice during the sales process to ensure solutions align with client needs and specifications.
Act as focal point for functional support, 1st and 2nd level. Support local key user and large tenders teams to use ITOC tool for all tenders. Organize the training to key users on the functional use of the tool
Ensure region quality of data in tool.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and design teams involved in project execution.
Participate in pre-sales meetings with customers, acting as the technical lead to discuss system requirements, feasibility, and potential customizations.
Estimate material quantities, costs, and lead times to ensure accurate budgeting and procurement for project execution.

Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Co-ordination and integration with Automation, Civil & MEP.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
