Contribute to the development and execution of the business development strategy for MTO and related clients, including creating capture plans and enhancing client relationships.

Applying your expertise using a variety of transportation solutions to help our clients, including corridor planning, highway and freeway planning and design, green infrastructure strategies, intersection and interchange design, digital delivery, integrated transportation technology/ITS solutions, managing highway and bridge rehabilitation and expansion design projects, and roundabout design.
Promoting best practices and leadership in transportation projects.
Taking ownership for all aspects of the management of projects from proposal to close-out, including managing teams, sub-consultants, budgets, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Leading multi-disciplinary teams for preliminary and detail design road and bridge projects for municipal clients as a Project Manager.

Experience managing design projects in collaborative models (e.g. Progressive Design-Build, Alliance, CMGC) would be an asset.
Ontario P.Eng. designation required (or eligible)
Experience working with Ministry of Transportation of Ontario.
15+ years' experience in planning and design of transportation infrastructure projects, including project management experience.
Proven track record to develop, mentor, and lead professional technical staff.
Successful delivery of highway planning and design projects.
Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
