Perform Pre and Post Sale Technical Support assistance for customers and the sales team via phone, email, and remote.
Troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems will be required.
Troubleshoot complex installation issues to improve machine performance.
Install and service Topcon Machine Control components on Dozers, Motor Graders, Excavators, Skid steers, Compactors, Pavers and Curb Machines.

Mechanical and Technical abilities required
Physically capable of climbing onto large equipment and lift- up to 75 pounds.
High School education/Trade school, field experience, or previous work experience working on heavy equipment.
Strong Customer Service and Support focus
Specific MC installation experience would be ideal but willing to train.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Required Travel (60%) fluctuates depending on business requirements subject to change at any time
Hydraulics and Electronics aptitude. Troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems will be required.
Intermediate knowledge of computers
