- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Obtaining students' information and other relevant data.
- Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
- Contacting existing students as well as prospective students
- Taking and processing product queries in a professional manner.
- Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
- Maintaining the database on a regular basis.
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
- Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details
- Suggesting solutions based on student’s needs and requirements
- Asking questions to the student and understanding their specifications.
