Field Canvassing Team Lead

Leaf Home provides innovative home improvement solutions, focusing on products that protect homes from the elements.
Train and develop field canvassers/team leads, ensure sales goals and SOPs.
Help identify individual Field Canvassers and Field Canvasser Team Leads development opportunities, provide feedback and recommendations to Sales and Operations Managers, and provide support towards closing identified developmental gaps.
Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
Participate in the development, implementation, and delivery of coaching and training plans that support regional and corporate goals and objectives utilizing the Company’s proven canvassing system.
Ensure Field Canvassers and Field Canvasser Team Leads meet or exceed established sales and quality KPIs.
When necessary, directly complete door-to-door canvassing.
Provide focused training on new technology platforms to improve efficiency, data integrity, and compliance.
Identify process deficiencies and inconsistencies and recommend improvements to support a unified and consistent process and customer experience.
Support Operations and Sales Managers with in-field training and development of Field Canvassers and Field Canvasser Team Leads.
Conduct in-person group training sessions with Field Canvassers and Field Canvasser Team Leads on identified training opportunities.
Conduct field training with new and experienced Field Canvassers and Field Canvasser Team Leads for quality assurance and training purposes.

Travel throughout assigned region(s).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.

5+ years of experience in direct selling, door-to-door sales, outside sales, retail &/or event marketing or a related field.
Normal office environment and field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
Ability to translate training documentation into real-world and practical applications.
More than 50% domestic travel required.
Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
Experience managing conflict resolution and motivating others to perform at a high level.
Prior experience in the direct-to-consumer home services industry.
Ability to frequently travel within assigned region(s).
5+ years of experience in training, coaching, and supervisory roles.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
