Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and data governance standards in financial systems.
Lead and support EBS upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance, automation, and scalability.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules, including:
Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).
Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components).

Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and integrations.
10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience, with at least 5+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
Knowledge of SOX compliance, IT controls, and financial system security best practices.
Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Cash Management (CM)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.
