The Role

Overview

Assess NCC compliance, prepare reports, lead projects, mentor junior surveyors.

Tasks

-Collaborate with clients to help upgrade their fire safety measures. -Liaise with clients and prepare the National Construction Code/Building Code of Australia compliance reports. -You will work with market-leading clients and have the backing of a leading international firm. -Help assess of building designs against the provisions of the National Construction Code/Building Code of Australia for a range of building classifications. -Help prepare “Performance Solution” Design reports for non-fire performance solutions

What You Bring

-Knowledge of the performance requirements of the BCA -Strong time management and organisation skills. -Enjoy site visits to view progression and completion of the large projects. -Post graduate qualification in ‘Building Surveying’ or a similar stream along with relevant industry experience. -Familiar with the construction industry and capable of being accredited as a Building Surveyor (Restricted). -Must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident. -Be familiar with the Work Health and Safety requirements for the office and onsite. -Current Registration as Unrestricted Building Surveyor
