Role

Follow instructions and interact with engineers, geologists, office administrative staff, CADD designers, contractors, and construction personnel; and
Assist with engineering calculations using computer-based technical tools;
Technical writing of reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals;
Data input and analysis, including preparing maps, tables, and figures;

Experience with Microsoft Office. (preferred)
Valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation, and satisfactory driving record for business travel to project sites. (required)
Potential for fieldwork such as soil and soil vapor sampling, groundwater sampling, stormwater inspections, and drilling and contractor oversight.
Outstanding academic credentials and exceptional interpersonal, technical writing, oral and written communication and problem-solving skills. (required)
Degree focus area in civil, geotechnical, or environmental engineering, or environmental science. (required)
Local travel or driving to project sites as needed.
Currently registered in a Master’s university degree program in a relevant engineering or science discipline. (required)
