Based in Vancouver, the Tax Co‑op/Intern will report to the Manager of Tax Compliance and gain exposure to all tax processes within a global commercial real‑estate firm. The role involves assisting with tax database maintenance, preparing international and domestic tax filings, supporting indirect‑tax matters, and contributing to tax‑compliance automation projects. The intern will work closely with the Tax Team on planning, strategic initiatives, and post‑implementation testing of tax systems.
The company is committed to providing co‑op and internship students with a supportive, engaging learning environment that develops business acumen. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in a post‑secondary program, be part of an official co‑op curriculum, and intend to return to school after the work term. Successful interns may be considered for full‑time opportunities after graduation.
QuadReal offers a mentorship program, weekly speaker series, fireside chats, case‑competition opportunities, and community‑volunteering events to help interns build industry knowledge and professional networks. Interns receive meaningful work experience, guidance from leaders, and the chance to develop long‑lasting relationships across the organization. These experiences are designed to foster cross‑functional collaboration and real‑world problem‑solving.
Compensation for the role ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, with the final offer reflecting skills, experience, and internal equity. QuadReal values diverse perspectives and uses AI‑assisted screening alongside human review, ensuring a fair hiring process. Accommodations are available throughout the hiring process for applicants with disabilities.
