Designs and builds personalized single‑family homes, townhomes and condos across the U.S.
As a Manager of Field Operations you will supervise construction teams, conduct daily site visits, and ensure safety and efficiency on job sites. You will lead 1:1 and team meetings to coach staff on safety, construction, and customer service best practices. When not in the field, you will attend divisional meetings to update sales, land, and purchasing leadership, using reports to identify process improvements and drive performance toward monthly and annual goals.
Daily you will work with DXC Homebuilder One (HB1), the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Looker to manage information and track progress.
The ideal candidate is goal‑oriented, detail‑focused, and able to juggle multiple projects while coaching their team. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and conflict‑resolution skills are essential, as is exceptional project‑management and organizational ability. A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude round out the profile, with a college degree considered a plus.
